BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

The electoral meeting of the Board of Directors of Juno Isles Civic Association was held on Tuesday, November 23, 2004, at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church on Ellison Wilson Road, Pete Lashenka called the meeting to order at 7:07.

Present were all Board members except Jim Jackson (stated he would not be able to attend), Tom Morris (available by phone) and Chris Cox (available by phone).

Elections:

Wayne Hatten made a motion that all current officers remain officers. Blas Contreras seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously with no abstentions.

Formation of Committees:

Dave Mastran volunteered for the Covenants Committee and the Architectural Committee. Wayne Hatten made a motion that all previous committee chairs and members remain the same. Blas Contreras seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously with no abstentions.

Pete Lashenka made a motion that JICA donate $200 to Ocean Side Methodist Church for the use of the facility for our annual meeting. Wayne Hatten seconded. The motion passed unanimously with no abstentions.

Glenn Levine made a motion that JICA donate $300 to the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church for the use of their meeting room for the last year. Wayne Hatten seconded. The motion passed unanimously with only Lucia Philipson voting against (Lucia felt the amount should have been higher).

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM

The meeting adjourned at 8:30p.m.
