of Officers
President:
Wayne Hatten nominated Lou Vilardo. Lou Vilardo was unanimously elected President.
Vice President:
Bob Bittenbinder nominated Jim Jackson. Blas Contreras seconded the motion. Lou Vilardo nominated Wayne Hatten. Mary Ann Martin seconded the motion. Jim Jackson declined nomination. Wayne Hatten was unanimously elected Vice President.
Treasurer:
Bob Bittenbinder nominated Mary Ann Martin. Lou Vilardo seconded the motion. Mary Ann Martin was unanimously elected Treasurer.
Secretary:
Wayne Hatten nominated Bob Bittenbinder. Lou Vilardo seconded the motion. Bob Bittenbinder was unanimously elected Secretary.

The next regular Board Meeting will be December 1, 2008.
The meeting adjourned at 9:16 pm.
