of Officers
President:
Dave Mastran nominated Wayne Hatten. Bob Bittenbinder nominated Jim Jackson. Tom Wajdowicz nominated Kathy Greene. Wayne Hatten declined the nomination. There were no further nominations and the Board then voted for the two candidates. There were four votes for Jim Jackson and six votes for Kathy Greene. Kathy Greene was elected President.
Vice President:
Dave Mastran nominated Jim Jackson. Jim accepted and there were no further nominations. Jim Jackson was unanimously elected Vice President.
Secretary:
Bob Bittenbinder was unanimously elected Secretary.
Treasurer:
Wayne Hatten was unanimously elected Treasurer.

The next regular Board Meeting will be December 3, 2007.
The meeting adjourned at 10:10 pm.
