Blas and Rhonda met on September 22, 2007 and designed a letter to be sent to residents in violation of The Covenants. The letters reference the section of The Covenants in which the violation occurs. The letters can be distributed when the JICA website is updated with the current version of The Covenants.
Copies of the JICA Monthly Violations for October were distributed to The Board. Blas discussed the violations listed.
Kathy shared that iguanas are around the lake and discussed ways that homeowners could possibly control them.
Dinah said a megaphone can be purchased for $60-$80 online. Kathy suggested she look locally at West Marine. Blas made a motion to spend $60 for a megaphone. Doug seconded the motion. All were in favor and the motion passed unanimously.
Dinah gave the cost and time required to send post cards to Juno Isles residents through a cost effective service offered by the U.S. Postal Service. Kathy expressed a concern for publishing the residents’ addresses. There was no motion.
